music production company

In 2022 Drip Audio expanded its role into a music production company producing albums as well as music for film/tv and multimedia dance productions.

Jesse Zubot

Drip Audio’s owner Jesse Zubot has been producing albums for decades now. Albums he has produced include TANYA TAGAQ’s Polaris Prize and Juno Award winning album ‘ANIMISM' as well as its Juno nominated follow up ‘RETRIBUTION'.

Jesse Zubot was nominated for a JUNO for PRODUCER OF THE YEAR in 2015. Other Juno Award winning albums he has produced or co-produced include FOND OF TIGERS 'CONTINENT & WESTERN’ and albums for artists such as THE MARIACHI GHOST, JASON SHARP, ALPHA YAYA DIALLO, MARINA HASSELBERG, KENTON LOEWEN, CALEY WATTS and many others.

Zubot has composed music for several film/tv and multimedia dance productions.

Film scores include BONES OF CROWS, EVERY DEADLY, FLOAT, MONKEY BEACH, INDIAN HORSE, TWO LOVERS AND A BEAR, HECTOR AND THE SEARCH FOR HAPPINESS, THE WHALE AND THE RAVEN, KONELĪNE: Our Land Beautiful and others.

Music and compositions licensed to TV and FILM productions include LITTLE BIRD, TRUE DETECTIVE, SUMMIT 72, PREY, THOROUGHBREDS, BRITISH COLUMBIA: AN UNTOLD HISTORY, VIKINGS, EYE ON JULIET, MALIGLUTIT and others.
Dance projects include DANCE:CRAFT (Joe Ink), SKéN:NEN (Kaha:wi Dance Theatre), THE MUSH HOLE (Kaha:wi Dance Theatre) and BODY-SCAN (Battery Opera)
